(Hans) de GroeneDep DG for Enterprise & Innovation Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture & Innovation Hans de Groene is director of the Innovation Department and deputy director-general of the Directorate-General for Enterprise & Innovation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture & Innovation His responsibilities include the design and implementation of policies to stimulate R&D and knowledge transfer in the private sector and to promote co-operation between the business sector and the public knowledge infrastructure, especially in key technology areas. Specific areas of interest include intellectual property, international co-operation and aerospace. Starting May 1rst 2011 he has been appointed director general of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research NWO. In 1985 he graduated at Erasmus University Rotterdam (Faculty of Economics/economic policy department). << back to overview |
