During the conference an exhibition will be held in the reception area. Lunch, breaks and the conference reception will also be presented in this area, giving you ample opportunity for interaction with other congress participants.

Exhibition package

In the main conference area you will be provided with:
  • Exhibition space approximately 4 m2
  • One table and two chairs
  • Electricity
Additional facilities can be ordered at cost-price.

The use of posters (X-kites/L-banners) and other promotional materials is permitted as long as they fit into the hired exhibition space. It is not possible to stick posters or other promotional materials to the walls.

A booth includes:
  • Your company name and hyperlink to your website on the congress website
  • Your logo on hand-out materials
  • Two free entrance tickets to participate in the conference
